Maintenance and Management

Ongoing site maintenance is as important as the initial construction. We keep our carriers online by providing scheduled maintenance and emergency response. We are on top of changes in technology and provide upgrades and modifications to stay current with emerging technology requirements.

Safety

At Telcom, we pride ourselves on being an industry leader with a proven track record when it comes to safety. Our in-house ComTrain certified instructors certify every tower technician and work year-round to maintain the highest possible level of safety. We have implemented OSHA certifications, and First Aid, CPR and RF Awareness training as well as other processes and procedures to ensure that all of our employees have the training and equipment needed to do their jobs safely and effectively.
